Fave Tracks: Right Here, Fill Another Safe, Only Concern

As most of you know by now, I am completely biased when it comes to Curren$y! He rarely disappoints, and continues to give his fans music to vibe to. Artist featured include  E-40, Casey Veggies, and Ty Dolla $ign. Grab a seat and chill while you listen to the soothing voice of Mr.Frankiln. #JetLife

Fave Tracks: Bickenhead, Best Life, She Bad

I was extremely impressed with Cardi’s debut album. While I am an avid watcher of Love & Hip Hop, I generally do not have high expectations for their music artist. But, Cardi for the past 2 years has been a stand out artist, from her music, to her endorsements, to SNL, her high-profile relationship with OffSet, and now her pregnancy. She is the true definition of what it looks like when your hustle pays off. Her album features artist Kehlani, Chance the Rapper, SZA and more.

Alina Baraz: The Color of You: 4/4 Rating

Fave Tracks: I Don’t Even Know Why Though, Yours, Coming to my Senses

If you love smooth beats and a sultry voice, I urge you to give Alina Baraz a listen. This is not her first album, and I surely hope it is not her last. Her music gives off the calmest and most soothing vibes. She features artists Khalid and Jada.

The Weeknd: My Dear Melancholy,: 3/4 Rating

Fave Tracks: Call Out My Name, Try Me, Hurt You

This album gives me the feels of Thursday and House of Balloons. If you were wondering could The Weeknd ever make music as eerie and sexy as those classics, the answer my friends is YES!

Atlanta Monster: Podcast: 4/4 RatingImage result for atlanta monster

I stumbled across this podcast on Instagram. The Atlanta Monster podcast chronicles the tragic past of children being abducted and murdered in Atlanta more than 30 years ago. Some of the murders were never solved, but the people of Atlanta have not forgotten the fallen children. While this podcast is extremely sad, it is educational and informative and well put together.

Honorable Mention: Check out Toni Braxtons’ new album Sex and Cigarettes. While it’s no Secrets it does offer a few hot tracks. What are your latest listens? Let me know in the comments!
